The Balm In Gilead Inc. will host the 12th Annual Healthy Churches 2030 Virtual Conference on the vFairs Virtual Conference platform. vFairs is a visually rich online platform that gives our attendees from all over the world the chance to interact virtually with the nation's top public health and faith leaders and get information and resources they can use in their ministerial and community programs.
Sessions will be live with an interactive Q & A session unless otherwise noted. There is no need to download any additional equipment to access the sessions. You will be able to select which sessions you'd like to attend virtually. It is up to you to decide which sessions interest you in a given time block and to attend those sessions as desired.
Your virtual conference registration includes access to all plenary and virtual session recordings within 24 hours after the session concludes. Don't worry; you can view any sessions you missed as soon as the recordings for those sessions are made available on vFairs. Note that not all sessions are being recorded. However, those that are will be available for you to access at no additional charge using your conference login for approximately six months.
You can download documents from any sponsor or partner by clicking the "Documents" or “Videos” tabs in the Resources Hub. By clicking "Download," your selected document(s) will be added to your Virtual Swag Bag and sent to your email. You can download and organize all the files at once when you exit the Healthy Churches 2030 Virtual Conference.
Most up-to-date computers, tablets, and mobile devices can run the virtual conference. Once the Healthy Churches 2030 Virtual Conference platform is open to attendees, you will be able to perform a systems check to determine if your device can support the virtual conference.
vFairs runs on the cloud, so you will not need to install special software to access the virtual conference. You will need a standard web browser and a stable internet connection. We highly recommend you download and use the most updated versions of Google Chrome and Zoom.
